Thomas Carli Jarlier is a French tattoo artist, specializing in photo realism and abstract realism styles. He is known for his expressive portraiture work and characteristic opaque grey technique. Thomas is the owner of Noire Ink Tattoo Parlour located in Clermont-Ferrand, France, and opened his second studio in London, UK in August 2021.
